Ciptadana, one of the leading Securities Brokerage in Indonesia, is seeking experienced Helpdesk or Call Center for our new product. This is a contract position with potential to go permanent. The division will be growing rapidly and so this is an ideal time to join early. The position is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
SENIOR LEGAL OFFICER
SUDIRMAN JAKARTA SELATANCriteria
- Working experience of at least 7 years or a maximum of 9 years since graduation
- Working background in a securities company and knowledgeable in legal aspects of financial services industry are essential
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Good attitude, independent, responsible, organized and resourceful
- Strong leadership and a team player
Job Description
- Advise business units in drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal contracts
- Provide legal advice and participate in merger and acquisition, joint venture and investment-related transactions
- Strategise and manage litigation matters with external counsel, where necessary
- Undertake management and registration of trade marks and patents
- Liaise with external parties including governmental authorities and notaries
EQUITY SALES
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and handle company's clients
- Provide investment and trading ideas to clients
- Generate and establish new client base for Company
- Follow up on leads from potential clients
- Execute stock trading orders for clients
- Research on important news
- Maintain each clients' portfolio in an organize manner
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Maximum 35 years old
- Min Education S-1/ Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.0
- Having experience at least 1 year in Financial Industry would be advantage (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Tough minded and able to meet targets
- Outgoing personality with good sales, communication and social networking skills
- Interested in the Capital Market industry
