Training & People Development Staff - SEMARANG
Responsibility :
- Conduct training needs analysis and implement training for employees
- Ensure employees can develop their ability in accordance with company requirements
- Prepare module/training materials
- Make employee training history report
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- At least 1 years experience in the same field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Have good leadership
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Able to prepare modules / training materials
- Able to work independently and teams
- Fluent in English Passive and active (oral & Written)
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR - SEMARANG
Responsibilities:
- Penyelenggaraan program Health, Safety, dan Environment di lingkup perusahaan
- Memastikan pelaksanaan program 5S & K3 berjalan dengan baik
- Memastikan pengolahan limbah berjalan dengan baik
- Mengkoordinir penanganan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan di lingkup perusahaan
- Melakukan investigasi terhadap kasus kecelakaan kerja
- Pemeliharaan alat-alat keselamatan, mis: APAR
- Memastikan HSE dokumentasi (seperti manual, prosedur dan praktek), pemenuhan
- persyaratan hukum telah disediakan, dimonitor dan diimplementasikan
Requirements:
- S1 Teknik Lingkungan/ S1 Teknik Kimia
- Memiliki sertifikat Ahli Keselamatan Kerja Kimia
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang HSE minimal 2 tahun (berpengalaman memimpin team lebih disukai)
- Memahami Health, Safety, & Environment serta implementasinya di lapangan
- Memiliki Pengetahuan yang luas mengenai standar Keselamatan, Kesehatan dan Lingkungan yang berlaku untuk industri, termasuk Peraturan yang berlaku diIndonesia & standar Internasional
- Mempunyai kemampuan komputer (MS Office, Word, Excell, Power Point, Adobe, dll)
- Memiliki kompetensi / pengalaman dalam air, pengolahan limbah dan sanitasi lingkungan
- Untuk penempatan Semarang
