In Indonesia, we have started our operation since 2006, and currently we are providing consumer finance for electronic, home appliance, furniture, music instrument, computer, mobile phone, and many others. Currently we affiliated with more than 1500 merchants, including Giant, Carrefour, Lotte Mart, Best Denki, Electronic Solution, Erafone, Superhome, Yamaha Music Dealers, and many others.

Receptionist (Code : 1306-046)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Responsible for office incoming/outgoing call
Responsible for welcoming, greeting the visitor and related inquiries
Responsible to the incoming/outgoing letter and document
Responsible to arrange schedule for meeting booking
Provide drink and foods as well as serving the needs of corporate guest

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SMU, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Data Analyst (Code 1307 - 003)

Responsibilities:
Processing data for Marketing Department.
Good Operation Ms. Excell (Excellent).
Have a good Analyst Skill Data.
Good English Communication.


Requirements:
Male / Female.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Statistic or equivalent.
Have knowledge about statistic data.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Marketing Senior Manager (Code: 1306 - 043)

Jakarta Raya - South Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of Marketing Dept for areas such as credit card, consumer finance and CRM (Customer Service)
Have experience to handling Credit Card Business (is a must)
Prepare annual sales volume budget and promotion plan and marketing related expenses
Review marketing activities and report on daily basis and provide countermeasure
Review manpower requirementsand provide training necessary for the marketing team
Liaise with external parties (merchant, vendor, sponsor and principal) on behalf of the company
Take initiative in leading the internal team to develop new business or revenue sources

Requirements:
Male/Female, 30 ~ 40 yo
Held similar position from reputable companies, with proven track record(s)
Experience in Credit Card Business
Excellent English communication skills (Japanese language will be an advantage)
Strong leadership, highly motivated, capable to work well under pressure, high stress tolerance
Target Oriented

Credit Quality Assurance (Code: 1307-001)

Jakarta Raya - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
To conduct post-review of judged applications to analyze whether;
1. any violation of guideline
2. any easy rejection / easy approval

To report the analysis result to CAD Manager, and propose for improvement of Judgment Guideline / Policy / Process.
To maintain the Judgement Guideline and ensure the content is kept up to date.

Requirements:
Male / Female
Min. D3 (any major), GPA min. 2,75
Computer literate, particularly in Ms. Office
Having min. 1 year experience as Quality Assurance/ Internal Control in Banking/ Financing Industry
Have experience in Data Analysis would be an advantage
Have knowledge of Banking/ Financing business process
Good command in English
Having good analytical thinking and communication skill
Proactive and eager to learn

Marketing Officer SURABAYA (Code : 1307 - 002)

Responsibilities:
Membina hubungan dengan toko - toko yang telah menjadi merchant AEON
Melakukan pendekatan kepada toko - toko Musik / Elektronik / Furniture untuk menjadi merchant AE

Requirements:
Pria, maksimal 28 tahun
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang marketing dan pengembangan bisnis secara "Business to Business" menjadi nilai tambah.
Pendidikan minimal D3 atau SMU bagi yang sudah berpengalaman
Memiliki sepeda motor dan SIM C merupakan keharusan
Menguasai area Surabaya dan sekitarnya
