Business Process Senior Staff (S.O.P)

Jakarta Raya - Jl. RS Fatmawati, Cilandak Barat

Responsibilities:
To define and maintain SOP’s template, guidelines, document and forms.
To involve in any project development in order to ensure new processes are effectively implemented.
To prepare business process as necessary required for new project development initiative and ad-hoc project.
Recognize weakness and recommend and make corrective action to develop systems and procedures based on company policies.
Socialized and distribute SOP to related department or division.

Requirements:
Male or Female, max. age 30 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting/IT/Management (fresh graduated are welcome).
Experienced in SOP development and able to develop SOP for further advancement.
Familiar with end to end Business Process.
Having good understanding in Document Controller (ISO 9001:2000 is advantaged).
Able to work individually as well as a team.
Computer Literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Ms.Power Point).
Proficient in English both oral & written.

Head Sales (Medan)

Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
Monitoring and empowering sales.
Coaching & Mentoring.
Coordination of premium collection of new and renewal policies.
Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients.
Perform planning and accountability costs.
Report monthly sales activities to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Group Head.
Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues.
Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from any discipline (A3IK certifications will be advantaged);

Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of databases in an organization.
Development and design of database strategies, monitoring and improving database performance and capacity, and planning for future expansion requirements.
Also plan, co-ordinate and implement security measures to safeguard the database.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Acknowledged for well-defined understanding of the Sharia Insurance Business and capacity to identify and align clients' needs with Bintang Sharia Products and Services.
Involved in the development of Sharia Products and Services, to the creation of marketing strategies, to identify New Sharia Business opportunities - whether that means New Sharia Markets, New Partnerships with other Businesses, New Ways to reach existing markets, or New Sharia Product or service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets - and then to go out and exploit those opportunities to bring in more revenue.
Identify New Sharia Business opportunities, and provide leadership in identifying, capturing and conducting New Sharia Business to inspire organizational growth beyond existing capacities.
Established and Developed Sharia Business relations with corporate clients & external associates for securing repeat business & long-term customer loyalty and worked towards solving their queries and complaints efficiently.
Maintain the business of Sharia Portfolio Risk profile within agreed parameters at all times, and be able to identify suitable prospects, explore new opportunity within prospect by identifying the right target and providing suitable business proposition as well as Innovative Sharia Product Development.

Requirements:
Male/Female, age max. 35 years old.
Graduate degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in market analysis opportunities, product & program development specially for Sharia Products.
Creative and Initiative for developing program and product of Sharia.
Positive team attitude and ability to collaborate with others to incorporate and enhance technical capital outside area of primary expertise.

Underwriter (Syariah)

Responsibilities:
Examine documents to determine degree of risk from such factors as applicant financial standing and value and condition of assets management.
Able to determine risk classification based on product guidelines and standard / sub-standard risks and eligibility.
Evaluate possibility of losses due to catastrophe or excessive insurance.
Review company records to determine amount of insurance in force on single risk or group of closely related risks.
Decrease value of policy when risk is substandard and specify applicable endorsements or apply rating to ensure safe profitable distribution of risks, using reference materials.

Requirements:
Male or Female, maximum age 35 years old.
Minimum Diploma Degree, major in General Insurance Academy.
Minimum experience 3 years in General Insurance Company.
Have understanding about risk management (preferably holding A3IK certification).

Administrative Support (Broker Service)

Responsibilities:
Administrative duties and financial reporting tasks to complete financial statements (include; balance sheet & statement of cash flows).
Support all policy preparation (include; input data, file documentation, and distribution kind of certificate or endorsement needed).
To ensure claim handling process timely and professionally to in line with the standard procedure.
To liaise with other insurance, brokers, loss adjusters, workshops, and other relevant companies to ensure proper claim handling and settlement.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
