HR Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for managing end to end process of HR Operations starting from on-boarding, data mining, exit process to reporting. You should be innovative in finding new ways to improve the existing process and ensure we achieve operational excellence in all aspects of HR operations. You should have strong leadership, hands-on, and able to perform data analysis using simple data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel. You also should be mature and able to work under pressure and meet the deadline.

Requirements:
Posses 10 years experiences in Human Resources, particularly in HR Operations from banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
Able to speak fluent English
Able to work collaboratively with other unit/department
Has passion in customer services
Has Bachelor degree in any field

Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first positive client contact for every client that visits the ANZ Signature Priority Banking. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationship by providing excellent service and exceeding customer needs and to clearly demonstrate willingness to spot potential sales opportunities and develop these into profitable sales for Bank, include prospecting the marketplace for new customers as well as maximizing existing customer relationships.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
