Loan Operations Officer

Loan Operations Staff

Responsibilities:
To process incoming application /instruction related to loan transaction.
To perform reconciliation and end of day control process.
To assist in monthly PSAK 50 – fee amortization exercise.
To actively participate in improvement process within Loan Ops.
To liaise with other unit/dept for any follow up process
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university.
Preferably possess minimum 3 years of banking experience.
Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fast learner.
Proficient in English.
Preferable those competent in excel spreadsheet.
Relationship Manager Development Program (Consumer Banking Group)

Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will join a competitive and comprehensive 6 months training program in the bank where they will be equipped with all the required skills to become a successful Relationship Manager (Treasures/Priority)
Upon training program they will be responsible in growing the bank’s portfolio and revenue through the products and services to existing customers and new customers. They will also provide financial advice and assist customers on daily banking activities
Requirements:

Ensure client transactions are served within SLA
Liaise with other related departments/units
Manage and monitor Exceptional handling
Record complaint and assist RMs in responding customers’ queries/complaint
Follow up completion of documents as well as supporting documents from customers related to transaction or accounts
Follow up and perform call for matured facility and fixed deposits
Adherence of the new internal and external policies, DOA and SOP
Ensure all necessary reports are recorded and submitted timely

Responsibilities:
To produce accurate monthly financials and analysis for the Bank, with focus on Institutional Banking Group (IBG) and Support Units.
To assist in coordinating budgeting process for the Bank, making sure that the Group timelines are met and budgets are reflected accurately in the system
To produce detailed expense reporting for each department and provide analysis of significant movements / variances
To assist in producing accurate flash report as an indicator of MTD performance prior to month end
To review and validate cost allocation rules to ensure correct expense allocation
To actively participate in continuous process improvements
To review NPA (New Product Approvals) and assess the impact on finance and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university
