General :

Requirements:
General :
Bachelor Degree from Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.
Experience with Java ( J2EE or java other )
Experience in developing database driven web applications or IT Projects.
Understand and familiar with MVC framework (Struts, Hibernate, etc), Java IDEs (Eclipse, NetBeans) would be an advantage
Soft Skill :
Having good leadership quality
Open-minded, flexible, able to work under minimum supervision
Working discipline and able to work autonomously with high responsibility
Able to communicate and work well within a team
Ability to think "Out of the Box" in resolving a system problem.
