MIS & Admin for Learning & Talent Development
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities :
- Maintain and update training record
- Provide training report for stakeholders
- Administer training and certification enrollments
- Liaise with internal customers regarding training related inquiries
Requirements :
- Able to operate Ms. Access and Ms. Excel
- Able to communicate in basic English
- Service-minded, self-driven and team player
Loan Operations Staff
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities :
- To process incoming application /instruction related to loan transaction.
- To perform reconciliation and end of day control process.
- To assist in monthly PSAK 50 – fee amortization exercise.
- To actively participate in improvement process within Loan Ops.
- To liaise with other unit/dept for any follow up process
Requirements :
- Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university.
- Preferably possess minimum 3 years of banking experience.
- Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner.
- Proficient in English.
- Preferable those competent in excel spreadsheet.
Internship

RM Admin Support

- Arrange document delivery from and to customer in timely manner

Payment Operation Officer (Checker)
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities :
- To manage and control payment operations by constantly reviewing transaction process and ensuring adherence to existing procedures/policies and standard of service.
- To manage resources in his/her area, and Payment Operations department as a whole.
- To control and check data in all systems applicable for Payments- Outward & Inward SKN
- Outward & Inward RTGS
- Outward & Inward Cheque Clearing
- Outward & Inward Telegraphic Transfer
- Outward & Inward Cheque Collection
- Demand Draft Issuance
- Stop Payment & Query handling
- To cover other Checker, both in Domestic and Overseas Payments, in daily tasks whenever he or she is on leave.
- To support supervisor efforts in people management and process improvements.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ recognized banking experience in Payment Operations with supervisory role of at least 2 years.
- Good knowledge of BI regulation on payment/fund transfer activities and any other related regulations that relates to those activities (e.g. SKN (Sistem Kliring Nasional), RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication).
- Computer literates.
- High initiative, detail oriented, quick learner and fast worker.
- Good command of English both verbal and written.

Payment Operation Maker
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
- To register, input, edit, delete and print Payment transactions
- Outward and Inward Remittance through SKN
- Outward and Inward Remittance through RTGS
- Outward and Inward Telegraphic Transfer
- Outward and Inward IDR Cheque Clearing, including Debit Notes
- Outward and Inward FCY Cheque Collection
- Bank Draft Issuance and Encashment
- To receive Clearing Documents from Third Parties.
- To complete full amount processing related with outward Telegraphic Transfer transactions.
- To cover other Payment staff(s) in processing daily tasks, if required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Experience in banking at least 1 year
- High initiative, detail oriented, quick learner and fast worker
- Able to work as a team
- Promote efficient process
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Computer literates.
- Good knowledge of BI regulation on payment/fund transfer activities and any other related regulations that relates to those activities.
