Legal Dept Officer

Responsibilities :

• Memberikan opini mengenai Rancangan Produk dan Aktivitas Baru, Rancangan Form Aplikasi Transaksi dan opini penanganan pengaduan dari nasabah
• Memberikan opini atas Rancangan Perjanjian Bank dengan nasabah atau pihak diluar Bank, tidak terbatas pada perjanjian kredit dan kerjasama yang disampaikan secara terbuka oleh Biro/Group/Cabang
• Membantu Legal Dept Head dalam menyelenggarakan pelatihan secara periodik bagi Legal Officer di seluruh Kantor Cabang
• Menyusun laporan atau database terkait kasus hukum dan status penyelesaiannya di seluruh Kantor Cabang, untuk keperluan informasi manajemen dan Pengawas Bank

Requirements :

• Pria atau Wanita berusia maksimal 30 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Hukum
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun dalam bidang hukum (Banking/Non-Banking/Notaris/Law Firm/menangani Proses Litigasi)
• Diutamakan yang memiliki Sertifikat Pendidikan Advocate

Compliance Credit

Requirements :

• Male or Female, max. 27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Law
• At least 2 years of working experiences in Compliance Banking is required for this position.
• Having knowledge in the field of Credit Review
• Fluent in oral and written English

New Account Officer Program - KPR

Responsibilities :

• Manage and promote business relationships with new / existing customers.
• Promote all types of products, especially to credit products - Home Loan Product
• Tracking, maintaining and analyzing customer data.
• Analyze financial statements and manage risks.
• Influencing development of sales and pricing strategies, market penetration and service expansion within assigned accounts.

Requirements :

• Maximum 25 years old
• Student in final semester, fresh graduate, or those with maximum 3 years working experience
• Possess at least Bachelor’s degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00)
