Citiphone Officer
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities :
Currently we are searching a candidates for Citiphone Officer eith responsibilities as below:
- Demonstrate superior service delivery, individually as well as a team
- Accountable for meeting of service and productivity indicators by working in a team to ensure achievement of the service targets and standard
- Accountable for accuracy & timeliness in processing customer’s instruction
- Provide feedback on problem incidence/service issues to Citiphone Supervisor
- Ensure that problems/complaints are resolved timely and satisfactorily
- Building customer relationship through identifying customer needs and effective cross-sell process
Requirements :
- Posses good communication, analytical, problem solving & decision making skills
- Service oriented (demonstrate initiative and willingness to give service beyond expected)
- Capable to adapt and working in a team
- Speak, write, and understand English well
- Demonstrate initiative to learn and update themself
- Display an emotional maturity
- Demonstrate a positive attitude
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Good knowledge in both Banking & Cards would be an advantage
- Maximum 35 years with preferable ages 24-25 years old
