Job Purpose :

Managing TCB program to support business strategy, leader sustainability and requirements in the future, covering curriculum development, networking initiatives, coaching and counselling, etc. Developing and managing post-graduate activities to monitor TCB graduates performance, career and engagement to the company.

Main Responsibility :

  • Develop and fine tune a concept, policy, SOP, toolkits and communication media regarding TCB programme.
  • Regularly review and improve the implementation of program and its curriculum and learning material [in-class, OJT, test] by actively conduct a focus group discussion with key stakeholders [TCBparticipants, managers, instructor, mentor, assessor, etc].
  • Ensure TCB program implementation [Opening, In-class, OJT, Project Assignment, Self Learning initiative, Relationship/Networking event] are running properly according to agreed schedule.
  • Build a meaningful coaching relationship with TCB participants in guiding them to reach success during and after program by conducting regular coaching session formal /informal meetings.
  • Develop and oversee development initiative after program to ensure continuous learning and career development.
  • Ensure proper communication and coordination with internal party [Recruitment, HRBP, HR Services, HR Area] for smooth operational activity and Line Manager in order to strengthen their commitment as people developer.

Persyaratan :

  • Minimum Bachelor/Master degree, from reputable university
  • Maximal age 30 years old
  • Minimum 3 - 5 a year experience in the field of handle program MT
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge on the bank with excellent understanding about business
  • Communicate effectively with people from various level
  • Passionate in people development and able to be a motivator, coach, mentor and role model for the TCBian
  • Excellent in written and spoken English
