Relationship Manager (Code: MLIFE - RM)

Responsibilities :

• Maintaining a good and professional working relationship with bank partner
• Train and coach Insurance Relation Advisor to achieve target
• Provide sales productivity reports to Bancassurance Manager
• Maintaining a good working relationship with all internal and external customers

Requirements :

• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree, any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Relation Manager preferable in Insurance Industry ( Bancassurance )
• Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Target oriented and strong leadership skills
• Good Performance, strong communication skills and highly self confidence
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Business Development (Code: MLIFE-BusDev)

Responsibilities :

• Establishes plans and strategies to expand new corporate partner
• Maintaining a good and professional working relationship with corporate market to reach distribution channel, association and corporate
• Build & strengthen the sales performance from each existing partnership

Responsibilities :

• Provide periodical report of new and existing product post implementation review
• Actively participate in the product development process
• Ensure that all products following compliance criteria from regulatory
• Organize and maintain documents, including product specification, training material, brochure, policy provision and comparing product competitor
• Manage multiple deadlines and complete work order

Requirements :

• Max 30 years old
• Min. Diploma Degree, preferably from actuary major
• Min. 2 years of working experience as Product Development Staff/Spv in Life Insurance
• Excellent in MS. Office
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
• Details and have a strong analytical thinking
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Secretary (Code: MLIFE-Secr)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for daily secretarial support such as filing document, correspondences, minutes of meeting and prepare presentation slides and meeting materials.
• Manage the storage and security of documents.
• Handling data reports related duties as required.

Requirements :

• Female, max. 27 years old
• Min. Diploma Degree in secretary ( preferable from Tarakanita Secretarial Academy
• Min. 2 year of working experiences as secretary
• Computer literate, especially MS. Office is a must
• Good Performance, strong communication skills and highly self confidence
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Product Pricing (Group) Staff (code: MLIFE - PP)

Responsibilities :

• Analyze statistical data, such as mortality, accident, sickness, disability, and retirement rates
• Construct probability tables to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits
• Price monitoring using historical data and statistical models to build a profitable portfolio and allows for better planning and results

Requirements :

• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree, preferably from mathematics or statistics
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as product pricing ( group ) staff in Life Insurance Company
• Able to handle Product Pricing Individual
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Policy Owner Service (Group) Staff (Code: MLIFE - POS)

Responsibilities :

• Process new insurance policies and update existing policies to reflect any change in beneficiary, amount of coverage or type of insurance
• Communicate with policyholders or agents to obtain information or inform about account status or changes
• Notify insurance agent and accounting department about policy cancellation
• Organize and maintain files for each policyholder, including new policies, existing or cancelled policies
• Transcribe data to worksheets and enter data into computer in preparing documents and adjusting accounts

Requirements :

• Max 30 years old
• Min. S1 Degree in any major, preferably in Administration, Accounting or equivalent
• Min. 2 year of working experiences as POS Staff in Life Insurance
• Computer literate, especially MS. Office is a must
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Marketing Officer - Supervisor (Code: MNCAI-MO)

Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales targets
• Making Sales Plan and implement them to achieve sales targets
• Creating Reports Daily / Weekly / Monthly
• Regular visits to maintain good relations with the insured
• Survey and make a report to the insured

Requirements :

• Minimum education bachelor degree / S1 any field
• Max 35 years
• Minimum 2 years as Marketing in General Insurance
• Able to work in a team
• Having good ability in interpersonal, presentation and negotiation

Claim Advisor (Code: MLIFE - CA)

Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze validity of medical claim from customer or hospital provider
• Monitoring hospitalized patients and proactively work with treating doctors to ensure that patients received appropriate treatments
• Decide and provide decision making related claim rejections and action to improve claim performance
• Asses and review of medical claims/surgery billings from Provider and ensure benefit payments are correctly made

Requirements :

• Age max 35 years old
• Min. S1 Degree in Medical from reputable university
• Min. 2 years of working experience as claim advisor in Life Insurance company
• Computer literate ( MS. Excel & Office is a must )
• Excellent in English
• Details and have a strong analytical thinking
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Programmer (Code: MLIFE - Pgm)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for development web applications in various projects
• Able to set and support network system, Database and server
• Support, maintain and enhance existing web application and infrastructure
• Perform testing of web applications as necessary
• Provide new web applications training to user

Requirements :

• Male, max 30 years old
• Min. S1 Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Web Programmer
• Has a knowledge of principles and practices of systems analysis, design and development
• Proficient in SQL Server, ASP.Net, PHP and Java Script
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
