Instrument Designer

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure that Instrument design for the proposed concept is in accordance with the Basis of Design and all relevant codes and specifications up the project
2. Ensuring about technical skills encompass;

• Instrument Control System Architecture Diagram
• Instrument block diagram for PCS, ESS, Fire and Gas
• Instrument Junction Box Wiring Diagram for PCS, ESS, Fire and Gas
• Instrument Loop Diagram for PCS, ESS, Fire and Gas
• Instrument Hook Up Drawing

Requirements :

• Having diploma degree in Instrument Engineering discipline
• Minimal 5 years experiences in oil and gas engineering with the related position
• Shall possess experience in handling AutoCAD
• Strong technical/engineering skills with a through knowledge of applicable codes and standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities.
• Operational experience is preferred in order to feed field experience back into the project.

Responsibilities :

1. To assist Corporate Manager for training and development process and procedures;

• Ensure performance management by implementing performance appraisal and orientation period

• To make and type the schedule of training program of Company
• To ensure the training was effective with conduct the training evaluations for each training

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from Psychology/ Management/ Law major with minimum 1 years experience in HR area.

Responsibilities :

• Provide process analysis and process sizing calculation using proper software or manual calculation to support project
• Prepare technical query to company if found any discrepancy of specification and design required
• Review the technical documents from engineers to be reviewed and updated in order to meet customer requirements and company standard

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 15 years of process design and implementation experience of which a minimum of 10 years in oil and gas facilities experience
• Experience that encompasses both operations and projects. Specific participation in a similar role for at least one major oil and gas project
• Project experience in an interface in an international setting. Operational experience is preferred in order to feed field experience back into the project
• Experience in organizing and supervising process/facilities engineering and operation teams in design, installation and commissioning.

Responsibilities :

• Review Tender Announcement at newspaper and websites / receive new enquiries, enter to enquiry/tender list and distribute to Business Development Manager for review.
• Maintain and update tender monitoring form for every new tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) participated.
• Expediting and monitor the Proposal Schedule, from registration, Pre-Qualification up to tender submission and opening, including the meeting schedule, and related response requested by Client (e.g. Tender Participation Confirmation, clarification schedule, site visit schedule etc.). Ensure that the schedule is forwarded to relevant person via MS. Outlook.
