Design - Construction Engineer
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities :
- Ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instruction
- Monitor construction work and enforcing quality control to the contractor and subcontractors.
- Provide additional technical engineering information and interpretation of plans, detail sheets and specifications for contractors
Requirements :
- Age not more than 28 years old
- Bachelor degree from well known university, majoring in Civil Engineer,
- Fresh graduated or experience 1 – 2 years in the same field in manufacturing, construction/ contractor/property company
- Computer literate, good interpersonal and communication skill in English
- Self motivated, tough, honest and able to work in team and under pressure
Assistant Maintenance Engineering Manager
Jawa Barat, Bekasi, CibitungResponsibilitiesn :
- Reporting to the plant manager
- Responsible for lead plant production and maintenance personnel in day-to-day activities to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Responsible for manage the supply chain of functions including: supply & demand management, material planning, inventory control, production control, international logistic and warehousing distribution system with excellent business results. Streamlining supply chain process, minimizing inventory investment & reducing logistic cost while maximizing service level.
- Responsible for coach and mentor staff to ensure performance targets are being met
- Responsible for compliance to all labor, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare management reporting as required
- Responsible for PPIC
Requirements :
- Male,
- Age between 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
- Experience minimum 5 years in the same position or junior manager /department head in industrial, manufacturing, packaging, cable or warring cable is advantage
- Having knowledge and familiar HSE
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Advanced computer skill
- Good communication skill and mature
- Detail oriented, independent, drive for excellent result and have a good skill of leadership
