Responsibilities:
Job Description
Prepare Net Asset Value (NAV) Reports
Ensure all data required to produce the NAV is available such as corporate actions,
pricing and etc
Perform cash and securities reconciliation.
Meeting tight reporting deadlines as stated in the Service Level Agreement
Resolve complex fund accounting issues.
Respond and follow up with any queries according to service standards and liaise with
respective parties such as fund manager, trustee etc.
Ensuring established standards, policies and procedures are adhered to at all time
Contribute and provide suggestion to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Preferably with Bachelor Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Candidate with 1-2 years experience in audit, fund accounting, trustee services, compliance monitoring or securities settlement in a bank or asset management company would be added advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good attitude, active and dynamic
- Hard working, analytical skill, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure
