Junior Secretary
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Fatmawati
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
Arrange and confirm appointments, Set up and maintain filing systems
Requirements:
Female, max 27 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree, any field (preferably from Secretarial)
At least 1 year of working experience as secretary.
Able to write and speak English fluently
Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage
Excellent computer skill (Ms. Office)
Effective office (clerical, secretarial), time management and organizational skills
Good communication and have attractive personality.
Able to work in fast changed and diverse environment.
Project Supervisor
Jakarta Raya - South Jakarta
Requirements:
Pria, usia maksimal 38 tahun
Pendidikan minimal D3 jurusan Teknik Sipil
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dan Autocad 2D dengan baik
Dapat menghitung volume (Bill of Quantity)
Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun pada bangunan pabrik
Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di luar kota
Project Staff
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:
Pria, usia maksimal 30 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil
Dapat mengoperasikan Autocad 2D, (Autocad 3D lebih diutamakan)
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dengan baik
Mampu menghitung volume (Bill of Quantity)
Dapat melakukan perhitungan struktur (ETAB/STAAD/SAP)
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dengan posisi terkait
Internal Audit
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan
Requirements:
Pria dan Wanita, usia maksimal 30 tahun
Pendidikan Minimal D3 (Jurusan Akuntansi)
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di KAP
Memiliki pemahaman yang baik dibidang akuntansi
Komunikatif dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
Mandiri, Teliti, Kreatif, penuh inisiatif, fast learner, cerdas, proaktif, rapi dan menyukai hal yang detail
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target waktu
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
Dapat berbahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan
Menguasai Ms. Office (Word, Excel, dll)
Training Supervisor
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Fatmawati
Responsibilities:
Prepare, develop, conduct and evaluate training and development programs
Prepare and develop the module, organize training, a facilitator and observer in the implementation of training and feedback process
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
Preferably mastering training needs analysis and reporting
Having firm knowledge and strong passion in Training & Development
Having good integrity, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skill
Computer literacy
