ASSISTANT TO FINANCE & IMPORT HEAD


(Jakarta)



Main responsibility:

  • To assist in sales-related administration, operation & import-related procedures & legal license applications
  • Be responsible for good & complete recording of all transactions, generate all necessary accounting-related reports
  • Be responsible for collection & consolidation of all necessary financial data to have accurate accounting of total business performance

Requirements:

  • Female, age max 35 years old
  • Min. S1, Diploma in finance/accounting, secretarial, law & legal
  • Min 1 year experience in import & licenses application
  • Min 1 year experience in Public Accountant Firms/any operating firms
  • Understand tax with good knowledge of accounting system is a plus
  • Computer literate (MS Office, email)
  • Fast learning, hardworking, proactive
  • Detailed, accurate and able to handle multi-tasking
  • Having good communication skill with good command of English understanding (Mandarin will be an advantage)

SECRETARY


(Jakarta)

Main responsibility:

  • To grow sales in existing & new customers, open new market & develop new business opportunity
  • To exceed sales & business development KPI target
  • To be active & efficient in detailed & concise market data gathering
  • To monitor & evaluate healthy account receivable & inventory turnover

Requirements:

  • Energetic, target-oriented Male/Female, age max. 40 years old.
  • Minimum D3/S1 in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry, Food Science best. Other Engineering/Science/Business Majors arewelcome.
  • Have minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Good looking, neat appearance, with good presentation & networking skills.
  • Able to work independently, hardworking, aggressive & proactive.
  • Fast-learning, like challenge & able to exceed targets.
  • English/Mandarin speaking will be helpful.
  • Willing to travel, have driving license.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, email).
