PT Bank DBS Indonesia
PT. Bank DBS Indonesia (DBS Indonesia) berdiri pada tanggal 30 Juni 1989 dengan nama PT Bank Mitsubishi Buana, satu usaha patungan antara The Mitsubishi Bank Ltd. dan PT Bank Buana Indonesia. Di tahun 1997, DBS Bank Ltd. mengakuisisi saham Mitsubishi Bank Ltd. di PT Bank Mitsubishi Buana dan menjadi PT Bank DBS Buana. Selanjutnya di bulan Oktober 2000 nama Bank berganti nama menjadi PT Bank DBS Indonesia.
DBS Indonesia memasuki usaha perbankan korporasi dan konsumen di tahun 2005. Bank ini mengawali usaha perbankan konsumennya dengan meluncurkan DBS Treasures Priority Banking (Perbankan Prioritas DBS) dengan target kalangan atas di kota-kota besar. Saat ini jaringan DBSI terdiri dari 35 cabang dan sub-cabang di 11 kota di Indonesia. DBSI memberikan beragam layanan perbankan, seperti pengelolaan kekayaan, pinjaman korporasi dan konsumen, pembiayaan perdagangan, deposito berjangka, rekening giro, rekening tabungan, layanan pasar uang, dan valuta asing.
CSO (Client Service Officer) for Corporate Banking
Jakarta Raya, Jawa TengahResponsibilities :
- Assisting RM in handling the transaction and maintain service excellent
- Ensure client transactions are served within SLA
- Liaise with other related departments/units
- Manage and monitor Exceptional handling
- Record complaint and assist RMs in responding customers’ queries/complaint
- Follow up completion of documents as well as supporting documents from customers related to transaction or accounts
- Follow up and perform call for matured facility and fixed deposits
- Adherence of the new internal and external policies, DOA and SOP
- Ensure all necessary reports are recorded and submitted timely
Requirements :
- Full-Time, Contract and Temporary position available.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Easy going with pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work fast and under pressure
- Familliar with excel program and numbers
DBSI Technology & Operations Graduate Associate Program (DBSI T&O GAP)
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities :
Successful candidates will join a competitive and comprehensive 24 months training program where they will be exposed to the activities of various units in Technology and Operations. You will represent DBS Indonesia to join the 1 month prestigious training in the DBS Head Office, Singapore to learn about how a modern bank operates in a highly competitive environment and you will be exposed to the state-of-the-art technology used in banking. Upon finishing the program you will have the opportunity to hold various challenging positions within the Technology and Operations area.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Possess Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering / IT / IS from reputable local/ overseas university, with a minimum GPA at least of 3.20.
- Possess maximum 2 years working experience.
- Good command of English (verbal & written), and sufficient knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
- Not more than 27 years old
- A highly driven and motivated self starter with a strong commitment in achieving career and personal goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have a strong interest in technology and business process engineering.
