Sales Manager (SM)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities :

Sales Manager is the path to building success for dynamic individuals who rise up to the target challenge. Building the bank’s portfolio and enjoying the rewards as the portfolio grows.

Requirements :

• Minimum diploma degree from all majors, with a minimum GPA of 2.75 out of scale 4.00 or equivalent.
• Some working experience will be advantageous:
• 4 years experience in the banking industry
• Good integrity, communication skill and fluent in English
• Sales and target oriented with service foundation

Relationship Manager (RM)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities :

Relationship Manager is a dynamic role for ones who are always ready to take up the challenge to grow branch market share, funding portfolio with excellent service standard of CIMB Preferred.

Requirements :

• Minimum diploma degree from all majors, with a minimum GPA of 2.75 out of scale 4.00 or equivalent.
• Some working experience will be advantageous:

• 2 years experience in the banking industry

• Good integrity, communication skill and fluent in English
• Sales and target oriented with service foundation

Digital Banking Manager (DBM)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities :

Digital Banking Manager berperan untuk turut memajukan Digital Lounge dengan standar layanan yang cepat dan baik. Membangun portofolio melalui penjualan yang berkualitas dan menetapkan tolak ukur kepuasan customer dengan membina hubungan yang baik dengan nasabah dan calon nasabah. Menjadi yang terdepan dalam inovasi perbankan.

Requirements :

• Minimal pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan
• Minimal IPK : 2.75
• Memiliki pengalaman Digitakl Banking Manager minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di di industri retail banking atau retail lainnya atau Fresh Graduate yang memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap tugas.
• Memiliki orientasi tehadap taget dan memiliki pengetahuan service dunia perbankan
• Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi (Bahasa Inggris diutamakan)
• Memiliki integritas
• Berpenampilan baik dan menarik, energik

IT-Development Program (ITDP)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities :

Program that designed to develop fresh talents to fulfill needs in related Directorate through +/-9 months intensive training, including in classes and on-the-job training.

Requirements :

• Single, maximum 27 years old.
• Bachelor/Master Degree from a reputable university with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 scale.
• Preferable from Information Technology, Information System, Computer System or Information Manajemen majority.
• Preferable fresh graduate or max. 1 year working experience.
• Creative, innovative, high energy, enthusiasm and strong desire to learn.
• Good communication and Excellent in English (both verbal and written).
• Willing to be posted in all CIMB Niaga branches.
