- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) jurusan ekonomi atau marketing.
- Pengalaman di perbankan minimal 2 tahun.
- Memiliki teknikal kompetensi untuk negotiation skill, product knowledge, sevice quality, selling people dan people management.
- Memiliki sommunication skills, problem solving, integrity, good team leader dan interpersonal skills.
