Citibusiness Relationship Manager
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities
- Achieve sales targets as planned by the business for each product line assigned
- Acquires new customers with potential to generate incremental revenue for the unit
- Maintains and ensure customer accounts are funded and active within the grace period to be able to claim the SOP
- Focuses on relationship deepening by cross selling products based on customers’ needs
- Maintain good relationship with customers, practice KYC principles, understanding customer needs and behavior
- Be credit sensitive to deteriorating customer operations and alert Risk Management
- Be knowledgeable of the company’s business including products and services that we offer as well as be aware of the current market climate
- Collects/conveys referrals/market information to Marketing/Product partners
- Work comfortably with tight schedules and able to be multi-tasking
- Be able to effectively plan and manage time well to be able to work substantially without supervision in a location remote from the Sales Head
- Fully complied to business policy, processes, rules and regulations
- Reports to Sales Head and dotted matrix to Branch Manager
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Possess strong Corporate/Commercial Banking background, skills and knowledge
- Possess Assets and Liabilities background and experience
- Aggressive, self driven & self motivated Possess strong work ethic and integrity
