Compliance

Responsibilities :

  • To assist seniors and Head Compliance in Compliance Work Plans.
  • To conduct surveillance/review dealings in Securities/Unit Trusts/Insurance products.
  • To conduct operational/regulatory reviews.
  • To conduct Anti-money laundering reviews.
  • To assist the Manager in regional reviews/audits.
  • To provide regulatory advice and support to businesses in relation to Securities and Futures Act/Regulations, Financial Advisers' Act/Regulations and Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd (SGX-ST) rules.
  • To update all changes to Rule books.
  • To undertake any compliance projects/tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements :

  • Have minimum of 3 years experience in Compliance Dept or Audit in the financial or Securities Industry.
  • Hold min bachelor degree in Law or Finance or other relevant fields.
  • Have excellent writing skill.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both in writing and speaking.
  • Understand about applicable laws, rules and standard and their practical impact on the securities industries’ operation.
  • Computer literate.


Customer Service

Responsibilities :

  • Carry out the client acceptance procedures for each proposal to open a securities trading account with CSI,
  • Verify and review data or documents submitted by the Sales Department prior to the opening of securities trading account and / or margin facilities,
  • Conduct CDD for each account opening application, and then submit to the authorized personnel for approval,
  • Create a master file for each approved new account in the back office system, based on the information provided by the client in the account opening documentation,
  • Update the client profile from time to time,
  • Maintain proper filing of all documents related to account opening documentation such as client profiles, approval documents, trading limit change records, identification documents and all required and supporting documents of the clients,
  • Perform Enhanced CDD (“E-CDD”) for high risk clients, clients domiciled in high risk countries and PEPs. Document the result and submit it together with other documents for approval by the designated authorized persons,
  • Assist query and complaint from client and fill in the customer complaint form,
  • Convey query and complaint from client to other related department,

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree any field
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Capital Market or Financial Industry.
  • Experienced in handling customer.
  • Posses knowledge about credit risk and customer acceptance process.
  • Good communication skill, high team work spirit and highly motivated person .
  • Good command in oral and written English
  • Pleasant personality and appearance


IT Java Developer

Requirements :

  • Degree in Information Technology or related fields
  • Have at least 2 year experience in web based development using Java J2EE

  • Background research and data mining
  • Assist in financial modelling, valuation and analysis
  • Assist in preparation of pitch books
  • Assist the senior transactor in the preparation of the transaction documents and liaising with members of the professional team (e.g. lawyers, auditors, etc)
  • Assist the senior transactor with logistics arrangements relating to the transactions e.g. with printers, share registrar, CDP, SGX Market Control, etc.
