Lead and manage of the implementation and control the overall activities of Business Planning and budgeting. The process requires consolidation of the various departments plans, streamlining to the overall corporate strategies and plans facilitation of resource so as to ensure inputs contribute significantly to the formulation of effective long-term and short-term company business strategies.
