- Male with max. Age 37 years old
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major with GPA 2.75
- Experienced in Micro Business Operation for 5 years
- Having knowledge of banking operation policy and procedures
- Can work well under pressure and under minimal supervision
- Must be a strategic and analytical thinker; must be able to solve problems and generate alternative solutions
- Must be flexible and must be willing to travel 80% of the time
- Will be located in Jakarta
