Estimator

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities :

• Able to make RAB and Design
• Understand and Familiar with AUTO CAD
• Material planning project

Requirements :

• Age maximum 40 years old
• Minimum Diploma III in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (more preferable Bachelor degree for the same major)
• Do not have history in severe or serious disease (physically and mentally healthy)
• Having minimum 3years experience as Estimator in Fire Protection System Project
• Highly trustworthy, ethical and discreet, driven by challenges and pleasant personality
• Able to work under pressure

Engineering Manager

Responsibilities :

• Making design
• Making proposal, and good in presentation
• Able having Protection System Business, NFPA Standard, and FM Global Standard

Requirements :

• Male
• Age between 35-45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
• Having minimum 5 years experience as Engineering Manager
• Having experience in Fire Protection System Business, NFPA Standard, and FM Global Standard
• Having knowledge and experience in making design, proposal, and good in presentation
• Highly trustworthy, ethical and discreet, driven by challenges and pleasant personality
• Able to lead and work as a team

Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities :

• Handling Export/Import specially for Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Equipments
• As Managing related Logistics, Documentation, Banking, L/C
• Setting up SOP’s

Requirements :

• Female with age of 25 – 35 years old
• Position based in Jakarta
• Diploma III Finance & Accounting / Business Administration / Management
• Having experience minimum 1 year in handling Export/Import specially for Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Equipments as well as Managing related Logistics, Documentation, Banking, L/C and setting up SOP’s
• Fluent in English
• Familiar in working with computer
• Good Appearance and well groomed
• Good Attitude, honest, hard working, trustworthy, well organised and securing confidential matters
• Smart , highly self motivated person , good communications skill , pleasant nature , good initiative and team work
• Interest in administrations
• Able to work under pressure

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Responsible on making, monitoring and controlling all projects that’s assigned
• To wock with engineering team to prepare shop drawings
• To work with production team to ensure goods are produced per approved shop drawings

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
• Responsible on making, monitoring and controlling all projects that’s assigned
• Problem solving oriented person
• Having discipline in timeline/deadline project schedule
• Having minimum 5 years experience as Project Coordinator in Fire Protection Company.
• Able to lead and work as a team

Purchasing Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :

• To be responsible for the procurement of commodities and the management of suppber relationship.
• Other areas of responsiblkty are include price negotiation, inventory control, and quality control.
• To create and analyze report for buying activities such as stock & price monitoring.
• To prepare purchase report.

Project Site Manager

Responsibilities :

• The site manager is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of work on - site
• The site manager is responsible for the accounting of all assets and materials on-site under his control
• The site manager is authorized to sign time sheets of contractors under his control

Requirements :

• Age maximum 45 years old
• Minimum Diploma III in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (more preferable Bachelor degree for the same major)
• Do not have history in severe or serious disease (physically and mentally healthy)
• Familiar with Fire Protection System
• Having minimum3 years experience in handling Fire Protection System Project
• Highly trustworthy, ethical and discreet, driven by challenges and pleasant personality
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed at the site (out of the city/out of Java island)
