Mortgage Sales Officer

Jakarta Raya - Jabodetabek

Responsibilities:

Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target dalam memasarkan produk lending KPR, KPA, KMG dan membina hubungan dengan tim marketing developer, agen property maupun nasabah individu untuk mendapatkan bisnis baru dari produk Consumer Finance

Requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan IPK min 2,5
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang banking industry
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam hal analisa
• Memiliki pengetahuan yang lengkap dan detil mengenai produk perbankan secara umum
• Menyukai tantangan dan cepat mempelajari hal-hal baru

Responsibilities:

• Finding Lending customers in accordance with the targets set
• Identify the needs of our customers and offer products that meet customer needs, taking into account the internal policy of Bank CIMB Niaga
• Conduct all activities associated with the lending process, from preparing the visit report, loan approval, respond to instances cited by the Credit reviewer and prepare all the documents related to the loan signing

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma degree from any major
